Park Place Townhomes

Our newest community is located along Park Place Circle in Womelsdorf, PA in Berks County in a small town 18 miles from Reading. The community will consist of 27 townhomes built in the next few years in 4 separate buildings with 7 units per building. Townhomes are available to buy or rent, and customers are able to customize and chose their own kitchen, bath, and flooring selections as well as the design and layout of the home. Customers may also choose from our existing collection of floorplans and designs.
